The Blue Yeti is probably our favorite USB mic of all time. It makes an excellent podcast mic, and I would not hesitate to use it on other creative sources for music. The convenience of USB makes this viable for quick, portable recordings as well. Maybe you need a fast way to capture sounds on location without hauling around all your gear!
